Leahlani Skincare Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Leahlani Skincare Loyalty Program (the “Program”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Program. By enrolling, earning points, or redeeming rewards, you agree to these Terms.

Participation in the Program is voluntary and offered at the sole discretion of Leahlani Skincare.


1. Eligibility

1.1. The Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and have a registered customer account at leahlaniskincare.mom.

1.2. Only one account per individual is permitted.

1.3. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Leahlani Skincare may be excluded from participation.

2. Enrollment

2.1. Enrollment is free and available through account creation on our website.

2.2. No purchase is required to join.

3. Earning Points

3.1. Points may be earned through eligible activities as defined in the Program interface.

3.2. The most current list of eligible earning actions is always available on our live loyalty page:

3.3. Eligible activities may include, but are not limited to:

  1. Placing an order

  2. Leaving a qualifying product review

  3. Following Leahlani Skincare on Instagram or TikTok

  4. Sharing on Facebook

  5. Completing our Skin Quiz

  6. Other promotional or engagement-based actions

3.4. Points are awarded only for completed, qualifying actions.

3.5. Points are not earned on taxes, shipping fees, returned items, cancelled orders, or gift card purchases unless otherwise stated.

3.6. Participation in the Program requires customers to be logged into their Leahlani Skincare account at the time of purchase or when completing eligible actions.

3.7. Points can only be earned, tracked, and redeemed when associated with a valid registered account.

3.8. Purchases made while not signed into an account may not be eligible for points accrual.

3.9. Leahlani Skincare is not responsible for points not awarded due to:

  1. Failure to log in prior to purchase

  2. Checkout using a guest account

  3. Use of an email address not linked to a loyalty account

  4. Technical issues outside our control

3.10. Requests to retroactively apply points to past purchases are not guaranteed and are granted solely at our discretion.

4. Tier Structure

Leahlani Skincare offers a tiered rewards structure based on annual customer spend measured on a rolling 12-month basis.

Tier 1 — Shell

  1. Free to join

  2. Earn 1 point per $1 spent


Tier 2 — Coral

  1. Achieved by spending $200 or more annually

  2. Earn 1 point per $1 spent

  3. Additional benefits may include:

  4. Early access to sales and new product launches

  5. Exclusive offers


Tier 3 — Pearl

  1. Achieved by spending $400 or more annually

  2. Earn 1.5 points per $1 spent

  3. Additional benefits may include:

  4. Early access to sales and new product launches

  5. Exclusive offers

  6. Annual gift


4.1. Tier status is evaluated automatically.

4.2. Tier benefits apply only while the tier is active.

4.3. Tier status may be downgraded if annual spend thresholds are not maintained.


5. Points Expiry

5.1. Loyalty points expire 12 months after the date they are earned, unless otherwise stated.

5.2. Expired points are automatically removed from your balance.

5.3. Once expired, points cannot be reinstated, redeemed, transferred, or compensated.

5.4. Points expiry occurs regardless of tier status.

5.5. Qualifying account activity that may help maintain an active points balance includes:

  1. Placing an order

  2. Redeeming a reward

  3. Leaving a qualifying review

  4. Following Leahlani Skincare on Instagram or TikTok

  5. Sharing on Facebook

  6. Completing the Skin Quiz

5.6. Members are responsible for monitoring their points balance and expiration dates via their loyalty dashboard.


6. Redeeming Points

6.1. Points may be redeemed for rewards displayed in the Program dashboard.

6.2. Rewards are subject to availability and may change at any time.

6.3. Rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable.

6.4. Rewards cannot be applied to past purchases.

6.5. Additional exclusions may apply as stated within specific reward descriptions.


7. Returns & Adjustments

7.1. Points earned on refunded or returned purchases will be deducted from your balance.

7.2. If a return causes a negative points balance, Leahlani Skincare reserves the right to adjust future earnings accordingly.


8. Program Changes or Termination

8.1. Leahlani Skincare reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time without notice.

8.2. Changes may include:

  1. Point earning rules

  2. Point values

  3. Reward offerings

  4. Tier thresholds

  5. Expiry rules

8.3. If the Program is terminated, all unredeemed points and rewards are forfeited.


9. Misuse & Abuse

9.1. Fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the Program may result in:

  1. Loss of points

  2. Cancellation of rewards

  3. Removal from the Program

  4. Account suspension

Examples include fake accounts, self-referrals, automated activity, or exploitation of system errors.


10. No Cash Value / No Property Rights

10.1. Points and rewards:

  1. Have no cash value

  2. Are not transferable

  3. Are not property

  4. Cannot be sold or exchanged

10.2. Participation in the Program does not create contractual or vested rights.


11. Limitation of Liability

Leahlani Skincare is not responsible for:

  1. System outages

  2. Technical errors

  3. Delayed or lost points

  4. Dashboard inaccuracies


12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert State/Country].
